थंडगार आणि मलाईयुक्त आंबा आईस्क्रीम एकदम सोप्या पद्धतीने मी तुम्हाला करून दाखवले आहे.
व्हीप क्रीम आणि कॅनडेंस मिल्क न वापरता सुद्धा तितकच क्रीमी आईस्क्रीम बनवता येऊ शकत हे तुम्हाला ह्यात पाहायला मिळेल.
साहित्य / Ingredients
१. ½ वाटी आंब्याचे तुकडे (½ bowl mango pieces)
२. ½ लिटर दूध (½ ltr Milk)
३. ¼ वाटी साखर (¼ Bowl Sugar)
४.२ चमचे कॉर्नफ्लॉवर (2 spoon corn-flower)
५. ¼ वाटी मलाई (¼ Bowl Milk cream)
Method:-
Add Corn Flower into milk and make a fine paste.
Add Milk into Pan and stir it continuously till get boiled.
Then add sugar and stir again.
Then Add cornflower paste and stir continuously till get thicker.
Off the flame once it get thicker and cool it for some time.
After cool down add milk mixture, mango and cream into the mixer jar and blend till fine paste.
Then transfer the paste into air tight container, mix well and kept into freezer for 3-4 hours.
After 3-4 hours take out container from fridge and mix well with spoon and again blend till get creamy mixture.
Again transfer the creamy mixture into air tight container, add some mango’s pieces and kept into freezer for 8-9 hours to set.
After 8-9 hours when ice cream get set unmold from container and transfer in a plate.
Cut into the slice and serve with mango pieces in serving dish.
